| About the Federal Youth Program |

The National Association of Youth Courts, Inc., is primarily funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice in collaboration with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), U.S. Department of Transportation; and the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools (OSDFS), U.S. Department of Education. The National Association of Youth Courts, Inc., serves as a central point of contact for youth court programs across the nation, providing informational services, delivering training and technical assistance, and developing resource materials on how to develop and enhance youth court programs in the United States.
